Client work and ownership

For engagements, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless the signed agreement says otherwise. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and we may reuse non-confidential techniques and general expertise on other projects.

Timelines, estimates and indicative pricing shown on this site or given in early conversations are not offers and are not binding. Only a signed proposal or statement of work creates a commitment.
