Last updated: 4 August 2026
Who we are
Nixby Media Private Limited ("Nixby Media", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated in India in 2018 (CIN U72900UP2018PTC104487), with its operations office at Plot No-05, Scalex, Whistling Greens, Bengaluru 560071. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website or in the course of working with us.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Enquiry details: the name, email address, company and project information you submit through our contact form or send us by email.
- Application details: anything you send us when applying for a role, including your CV and work samples.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider logs IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability purposes.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work for you.
- To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
- To keep our systems secure and functioning.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (when you choose to contact us), the performance of a contract (when we work together), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example email, hosting and accounting providers), and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information where we are legally required to. Client project data is treated as confidential and is not shared outside the engagement without permission.
Retention
Enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are retained for the period the law requires.
Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
