Fixed-scope project
A defined outcome, written scope and a fixed price.
- Cost certainty before work starts
- Best when the requirement is known
- Change requests quoted separately
Four service lines that overlap on purpose. Most engagements draw on two or three of them at once.
01 / Custom web applications
From commerce platforms to enterprise-grade internal systems: fast, secure and built to scale.
Customer portals, multi-tenant SaaS products, ERP and back-office systems, booking and inventory platforms, headless commerce storefronts, internal dashboards and reporting tools.
We start from the data model, because that is the decision you cannot cheaply undo later. From there: the application layer, the admin tooling your team lives in daily, and the integrations that connect it to everything else you run.
Laravel and Filament for application and admin layers, Next.js and React on the front end, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data, Redis where caching earns its keep. We will work in your existing stack when there is a good reason to.
02 / AI & machine learning
Unlock the value in your data with systems built for automation, prediction and insight that keep working when the inputs get messy.
Document extraction and classification, LLM-backed assistants grounded in your own content, semantic and hybrid search, recommendation and ranking, demand forecasting, and content pipelines with human review built in.
We are interested in the unglamorous part: the data pipeline, the evaluation harness, and the fallback path for when the model is wrong. A demo that works once is easy; a system your team trusts on a Tuesday afternoon is the actual job.
We run a short feasibility pass against your real data before quoting the build. If the data will not support the outcome you want, you hear that early, while it is still cheap.
03 / Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure tuned for performance and reliability, with the runbooks to match.
CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, zero-downtime deployment, nginx and load balancing, database backup and verified restore drills, monitoring and alerting, cost review, and disaster recovery runbooks.
A deploy should be unremarkable. We build pipelines that test, build and release without ceremony, with health checks and automatic rollback so a bad release never becomes an outage.
Managed cloud when it earns the premium, plain VPS infrastructure when it does not. We will tell you which one your workload actually needs rather than which one bills better.
04 / Maintenance & support
Retained engineering time for the software you already depend on, whether or not we built it.
Dependency updates, security patching, performance work, monitoring review, and a known number to call when something breaks.
Takeover of an existing codebase, technical due diligence, architecture review, and rescue work on projects that stalled with another team.
Launch is the beginning of a codebase's life, not the end. Software without maintenance becomes a liability within about eighteen months.
Engagement models
A defined outcome, written scope and a fixed price.
A reserved block of senior engineering time each month.
Two to three weeks turning a vague idea into a plan.
Next step
Describe the problem in a few sentences. We will suggest the shape of engagement that fits, or tell you if we are the wrong firm.
