Who we are
We would rather be excellent at a few things than available for everything.
Nixby Media Private Limited was incorporated in 2018 on a straightforward observation: most software projects do not fail on technology, they fail on communication. A brief passes through three layers of account management before it reaches an engineer, and by then the details that mattered are gone.
So we built the firm the other way round. Engineers talk to clients. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. We take on fewer engagements than we could, and go deeper on each one.
Today we work with founders who need a first version that will not need rewriting, and with established teams who need senior capacity without a hiring cycle.

2018
Incorporated as a private limited company, taking on web development and custom software for Indian businesses.
2020–2022
Practice deepened into complex application work (commerce platforms, portals and back-office systems) alongside cloud infrastructure.
2023–2024
Added applied AI and data engineering as a standing capability, built around real pipelines rather than demonstrations.
Today
A senior team delivering across web, AI and cloud, with most new work arriving through existing clients and referrals.
